We called Austin when we noticed water leaking from the ceiling under the upstairs bathroom. He was upfront about the cost (it was a Saturday and that meant time and half) and was able to come to the house in under an hour. He took a look and then again, gave us the option to wait until Monday to cut the cost. We asked him to stay and he was very efficient and quick in diagnosing our problem.
